This year, the European golf tour presents a completely new tournament – Scandinavian Mixed, where female and male golfers play against each other in Scandinavia’s largest golf tournament. Formerly known as the Nordea Masters, this competition sees future hall of fame golfers Henrik Stenson and Annika Sorenstam as the two hosts.

The competition kicks off on Thursday 10th June through Sunday 13th June. Vitamin Well will be present throughout the tournament with signs along the fairway, well-stocked refrigerators on selected tee boxes and of course plenty of thirst quenchers in the players’ lounges.

– The sport of golf is in Vitamin Well’s DNA. Scandinavian Mixed is a unique and exciting competition that we obviously want to be a part of. Seeing both male and female golfers compete against each other for the same trophy and prize money is fantastic, says Petter Ericson Hållén.

From Vitamin Well’s team, Joakim Lagergren and Camilla Lennart will be competing, as well as Oskar Zetterwall who will caddy for Camilla. Oskar recently joined the Vitamin Well team as a Golf Sales Expert. He currently works nationwide with Vitamin Wells products in the golf sales category while he prepares for the European Q school this autumn.

In October this year, Vitamin Well’s ambassador and football icon Martin Skrtel, will play his last match as captain of the Slovakian national team. As a tribute to his achievements, Vitamin Well will now present one of their most popular beverages, Vitamin Well Upgrade, with a specially designed label.

Vitamin Wells ambassador Martin Skrtel is a talented football player with an impressive career. Prior to his current engagement as a player in the Turkish club Istanbul Basaksehir FK, Skrtel played for Liverpool FC for eight years. He made his international debut for the national team during 2004 and since then has racked up over 100 caps and is the third most capped player in Slovakian history. In October, he plays his final match for the national team. To honor this feat, Vitamin Well presents a unique limited edition bottle – Vitamin Well Upgrade Martin Skrtel Edition, with the same great taste and function as the original Upgrade.

The Swedish functional beverage company Vitamin Well is proud to be the exclusive beverage partner to the yearly European golf tournament Scandinavian Invitation, that takes place in Gothenburg on the 22 ^th – 25^th of August.

As the official beverage partner Vitamin Well will provide the players with refreshing thirst quenchers at every other tee. Vitamin Well will also have its own activation zone where the visitors can join contests, charge their phones and enjoy the tournament in comfortable seats.

Starting August 8th and for the third year in a row, it is once again time for Vitamin Well to attend one of the Nordics’ biggest fashion events of the year – Copenhagen Fashion Week.

Vitamin Well will be on-site during the fashion week to quench the thirst on some of the shows, among them Stand and Hofmann. Vitamin Well is also teaming up with 16 ambassadors from all across Europe, that are coming along to Copenhagen for some exciting days filled with team activities, dinners, yoga and relaxing by the pool. And of course, to keep an eye on the upcoming fashion trends.

One of Vitamin Well’s newly signed ambassadors – also known as one of Sweden’s most successful swimmer Sarah Sjöström – will come along to Copenhagen as well as the Scandi IT-girls Marielle Lindahl, Ida Sjunnesson, Charlotte Caroline and Theresa Kofoed. We hung out with our brand ambassador Grigor Dimitrov in Monaco and asked him some questions. We learnt that the grumpiest player on the ATP tour is…. among other things!

On June 14th, Vitamin Well’s very own tennis event was held – Vitamin Well Tennis Invitational. 20 ambassadors from seven different countries all gathered at Haga Tennis in Stockholm for a sunny day filled with tennis, happiness and a great team spirit!

The ambassadors’ day started out with a tennis lesson held by Andrew Wilson, Magnus Norman and Johan Hedsberg – all former top tennis players – from Good to Great Tennis Academy. An academy with extremely good coaches and that has developed a ton of stars, including our ambassador Grigor Dimitrov. The tennis lesson was followed by a tasty lunch served by Isabelle’s Market. Finally, it was time to crown the winners in Vitamin Well Tennis Invitational 2019 – a mixed double tournament that Hanna Modig (SWE) and Soren Hald (DK) won.

During April, Vitamin Well hosted a contest on Instagram where the followers got the chance to watch our global brand ambassador and professional tennis player Grigor Dimitrov play in Paris. Our lucky winner was Leah Luboldt from Essen Germany, who invited her brother to join her on this amazing opportunity.

On the game day, May 26, it was a beautiful day in Paris filled with some great tennis. From a two-sets-and-a-break lead, the match developed into a nail-biter before Dimitrov held on to prevail 6-3, 6-0, 3-6, 6-7 (4), 6-4 over Janko Tipsarevic.

Following the match, the winner got some exclusive one-on-one time with Grigor, and they chatted about the match and the tournament. Leah – an aspiring tennis player herself, asked Grigor for his best advice on becoming a professional player. His response was “desire and passion”!
