Terms and Conditions: the Vitamin Well 5k Strava Challenge Prize Draw
The company organizing this prize draw (hereinafter the “Prize Draw“) is: Vitamin Well AB (company registration number: 556701–6505), with address BOX 5140, 102 43 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: +46 (0) 8 23 02 02, [email protected]. By entering the Prize Draw, all participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, promoted, or administered by Instagram, TikTok or any other social media channel where the Prize Draw is promoted.
How to Enter the Prize Draw:
- Complete the Vitamin Well 5K Strava Challenge in the Strava app;
- You must click on the link made available in the Strava app upon completion of the Vitamin Well 5k Strava Challenge. This will take you to a form on the Company’s website (https://www.vitaminwell.com/5kchallenge) requesting you to provide your personal details;
- You must complete and submit the form.
Terms and Conditions for Participation:
- To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and be a EU or UK resident.
- You do not need to purchase any product or make any payment to enter the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw runs from 10 March 2025 up to and including 23 March 2025, ending at 23:59 CET.
- In total 1000 individuals will be selected as winners. Each winner will receive either: a pack of Vitamin Well beverage (containing 12 Vitamin Well units); a Vitamin Well cap; or a pair of Vitamin Well socks (one-size).
- The winners will be randomly selected by way of random draw on 31 March 2025 by independent employees of the Company.
- The winners will be informed personally by the Company via email at the latest on 14 April 2025, through the email addresses as registered in the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or has not claimed their prize as set out above before 23:59 CET on 21 April 2025, the prize will be considered forfeited by the winner, and the Company may select another winner.
- The Company will deliver the prizes to the winners at the Company’s expense. The prizes will only be delivered to an address within the EU or the UK. The Company is not liable for any costs you may incur in connection with the Prize Draw. Instructions for delivery of the prize within the EU or the UK will be included in the email sent to the winners notifying each winner about the win. The winner must respond to the instruction email with the necessary delivery details to enable the Company to deliver the prize. If a winner has not provided the necessary delivery details by 23:59 CET on 28 April 2025, the prize will be considered forfeited by the winner, and the Company may select another winner. Prizes will be sent to the winners within two (2) months from the date each winner has responded to the Company with its necessary delivery details.
- Any decisions taken by the Company in connection with the Prize Draw is final and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged.
- You may only participate once in the Prize Draw, and you can only win a prize once. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group, or third-party entries will be accepted.
- The prize is personal (tied to each winner) and cannot be transferred to another company and/or person.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash or other goods.
- The winner is liable for paying tax (if any) related to the receipt of the prize.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify entrants who act fraudulently, illegally, or in breach of the terms and conditions.
- By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by the Company solely for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw, including for the purpose of contacting winning entrants. The Company may also share winners’ personal data with its group companies to facilitate the administration and delivery of the prizes. - You participate in the Prize Draw and you use the prize at your own risk and you are responsible for your own safety connected therewith. It is your responsibility to make sure that you can consume the prize. Always read the label on any product you have won before using or consuming it. Please consult your doctor before using or consuming any product.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, arising out of the administration of the Prize Draw or out of the winners’ or any third parties’ enjoyment of the prize. The Company’s liability for any other loss or damage is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
- The Company does not guarantee the quality or functioning of the prizes (other than what follows from legal requirements and these terms and conditions).
- The Prize Draw or the prize may be cancelled or postponed in the event of force majeure. For the purposes of this section, a force majeure event means any cause beyond the control of the Company, including but not limited to, flood, drought, earthquake, storm, fire, lightning, epidemic, war, riot, civil disturbance or disobedience, labor dispute, shortage of labor or materials, sabotage, explosions, orders, regulations, or restrictions imposed by government or authorities, and pandemic, which, in any of the above cases, by the exercise of due diligence, the Company could not reasonably be expected to foresee, and which by the exercise of due diligence, the Company were unable to overcome.
- The laws of Sweden apply to these terms and conditions.

- One pack of Vitamin Well beverage (containing 12 Vitamin Well units). The value of the prize is approximately EUR 21.
- A Vitamin Well cap. The value of the prize is approximately EUR 20.
- One pair of Vitamin Well socks (one-size). The value of the prize is approximately EUR 20.
