TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The company that is arranging this prize draw (hereinafter the “Prize Draw”) is: Vitamin Well Ltd, company no. 10821384, VAT no. 285398941, registered in England and Wales, located at 3rd Floor, 8-10 Charterhouse Buildings, London, EC1M 7AN, UK (the “Company”). By entering into the Prize Draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions for participation:
· In order to enter the Prize Draw you must be 18 years old or older and be a UK resident.
· There is no requirement to make a purchase to enter the Prize Draw.
· You may only participate one time in the Prize Draw and you can only win a prize once.
· Each winner will receive: one (1) tray of Vitamin Well drinks (which corresponds to 12 bottles) in the flavour of the winner’s choice, subject to availability.
· The value of a prize is approximately GBP 23. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.
· Any decisions taken by the Company in connection to the Prize Draw are final and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged.
· The prize will be dispatched by the Company at the latest two (2) weeks after each winner has submitted the entry form, through the contact details as registered in the entry form, to arrange for delivery of the prize.
· The Company will deliver the prize to the winner at the Company’s cost. The prize will only be delivered to an address in the UK. The Company is not liable for any costs you may have in relation to the Prize Draw.
· If a winner cannot be contacted or is unavailable the prize will be considered forfeited by the winner.
· The prize are tied to the winner and cannot be transferred to another person.
· The Company is not liable for any costs you may have in relation to the Prize Draw.
· The winners are liable for paying tax (if any) related to the receipt of the prize.
· Employees of the Company, or any company within the Company’s company group, or relatives to such employees, may not participate in the Prize Draw.
· The Company reserves the right to disqualify persons due to illegal or fraudulent behavior (such as individuals not having won on the or if such persons act in breach of these terms and conditions.
· By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by the Company for the purpose of the administration of this Prize Draw only, including for the purpose of contacting winning entrants. · The Company does not guarantee the quality or functioning of the prize (other than what follows from legal requirements and these terms and conditions).
· You participate in the Prize Draw and you use the prize on your own risk and you are responsible for your own safety connected therewith.
· It is your responsibility to make sure that you can consume the prize. Always read the label on any product you have won before using or consuming it. Please consult your doctor before using any product.
· The laws of England and Wales applies to these terms and conditions what is stated here is included in the prize. The value of the prize Is approximately GBP £23.
