Vitamin Well and Médecins Sans Frontières announce long-term international partnership

The Swedish beverage brand Vitamin Well and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF, Doctors Without Borders) today announce a long-term international partnership to provide non-earmarked funding in support of MSF’s medical humanitarian work in crisis settings worldwide.

“MSF stands for independent, impartial medical action in the world’s most vulnerable settings. Supporting their work is a way to back life-saving medical care where needs are greatest,” says Petter Ericson Hållén, Global Head of Vitamin Well Brand.

“In an unsettled world, having a stable foundation is crucial. Thanks to this partnership with Vitamin Well, we can secure life‑saving funding for our projects worldwide,” says Ylva Jonsson Strömberg, General Director, Doctors Without Borders Sweden.

To support MSF’s ability to continue its work across the world, Vitamin Well will contribute a fixed, predetermined annual amount of non-earmarked funding, not linked to the company’s performance or results.

With Vitamin Well present in 30 markets, the partnership will also leverage the brand’s international reach to help increase awareness of MSF’s work and engage new audiences across markets.

“Reaching new audiences beyond traditional channels is increasingly important. This partnership will help raise awareness of our medical work and the humanitarian needs we respond to on a daily basis,” says Ylva Jonsson Strömberg, General Director, Doctors Without Borders Sweden.

The partnership is designed for long-term engagement and sustained communication, rather than one-off initiatives. Vitamin Well’s involvement in sports and sporting events creates opportunities to help broaden awareness of MSF’s work among new audiences.

“Vitamin Well reaches millions of consumers in everyday moments, on the go, in stores, and across our social media feeds. We hope to help broaden awareness of MSF’s work and encourage more people to support humanitarian medical action,” says Petter Ericson Hållén, Global Head of Vitamin Well Brand.

The partnership builds on several years of monetary contributions from Vitamin Well. While Vitamin Well becomes an international partner to MSF, joint activities will be implemented at local market level and adapted to local conditions.
