This prize draw is in no way sponsored, promoted, or administered by Instagram, TikTok or any other social media channel where the prize draw is promoted.
HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
- In order to enter the prize draw you must be 18 years old or older and be a resident of the EU or UK.
- The prize draw will open on 11 September 2025 (00:00 CET) and close on 20 September 2025 (23:59 CET).
- Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. Entries that are not received, incomplete, illegible, or delayed will not be accepted.
- One winner will win a prize for two persons as set out below.
- The exact match date will be determined by the Company and communicated directly to the winner. Please note that the day of the match may vary and that changes may occur due to injury, illness, or match results.
- The winner will be selected on 21 September 2025 and will be informed by the Company personally via Instagram through a direct message to the social media handle used to enter the prize draw.
- If the winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or has not claimed their prize before 25 September 2025, the prize will be considered forfeited and the Company may select another winner.
- The winner will be selected by way of random draw from all complete entries to the prize draw by independent employees of the Company.
- Any decisions taken by the Company in connection with the prize draw are final and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged.
- You may only participate once in the prize draw. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
- The prize is personal (tied to the winner) and cannot be transferred to another person. This means that the winner may not sell the prize, and that the winner must use the prize itself.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. The winner is liable for paying tax (if any) related to the receipt of the prize.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify persons due to illegal or fraudulent behavior or if such persons act in breach of these terms and conditions.
- Employees of the Company, or any company within the Company’s company group, or relatives to such employees, may not participate in the prize draw.
- By entering the prize draw, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be processed by the Company solely for the purpose of administering this prize draw, including for the purpose of contacting winning entrants. - Participation in the prize draw and acceptance of any prize are at the winner’s own risk and the winner is responsible for their own safety when using a prize. The winner is responsible for determining whether they can use the prize. The winner is also fully responsible for any person they choose to invite to the relevant tennis match and the winner must ensure that the accompanying person complies with these general terms and conditions regarding the use of the prize.
- Company does not guarantee the quality or function of any prize (other than what follows from legal requirements and these terms and conditions). It is the winner’s responsibility to make sure that it can travel to Stockholm on the scheduled date, have the necessary insurance to travel safely and have the required ID documents. The winner must use the prize with the care and diligence that can reasonably be expected of the winner.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, arising out of the administration of the prize draw or out of the winner’s or any third parties’ enjoyment of the prize. The Company’s liability for any other loss or damage is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
- The prize draw may be cancelled or postponed by Company if a force majeure event occurs or if Company has such a right in accordance with applicable laws. For the purposes of this section, a force majeure event means any cause beyond Company’s control, including but not limited to, flood, drought, earthquake, storm, fire, lightning, epidemic, pandemic, war, riot, civil disturbance or disobedience, labor dispute, labor or material shortage, sabotage, acts of public enemy, explosions, orders, regulations or restrictions imposed by government or authorities, which Company, by exercise of due diligence, could not reasonably have been expected to avoid and/or overcome.
- The laws of Sweden apply to these terms and conditions.
THE PRICE CONSISTS OF:
One winner will win a prize for two persons as follows: (i) A trip to Stockholm including round-trip travel and one (1) night of hotel accommodation; (ii) two (2) tickets for a selected match at the Nordic Open 2025, taking place between 11 October and 19 October 2025, at Kungliga Tennishallen, Stockholm; and (iii) an exclusive meet & greet with Casper Ruud. The exact match date and meet & greet date will be determined by the Company and communicated directly to the winner. The Company will book the round-trip travel and accommodation, provide the Nordic Open tickets and arrange the meet & greet. All other costs, including personal expenses, are not included and must be covered by the winner and the accompanying person themselves. The estimated total value of the prize package is approximately SEK 17,000.
