    Vitamin C is an antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also contributes to normal functioning of the nervous and immune system and to normal energy-yielding metabolism as well as increases iron absorption.

  • Vitamin E

    Vitamin E is an antioxidant and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

  • Folic acid

    Folic acid is a vitamin B that contributes to normal blood formation and a normal function of the immune system. Folic acid has a role in the process of cell division. Folic acid also contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.

  • Vitamin D

    Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
